Sunrooms & Screenrooms

If you’re interested in expanding your home’s square footage, building a sunroom or an enclosed screenroom can accomplish just that! Although, be prepared that these types of projects are considered additions to your home and will require both a Building and Development Permit through your local jurisdiction. Whether you are planning on a 3 season or 4 season room, we can help Plan It for you!

Covered Decks

Our year-round barbequing Canadian climate sometimes requires a roof over our head for some added shelter! With a covered deck you can keep your BBQ free and clear from the snow and rain and use your tongs all year long. Be aware that any roof structure attached to your home will require development and building permit approvals to ensure that you are following local zoning bylaw and building code regulations.
